◆ Meng Rong - Co-Chair, Director of the Confucius Institute

Ms. Meng Rong is the Director of Confucius Institute in Quebec, the Principal of Montreal Jiahua School, the President of Quebec Chinese School Association, and the Co-Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 7th FHXY Montreal Chinese New Year Gala. After graduating from East China Normal University with a degree in Chinese, Meng Rong came to Canada to study Educational Administration at McGill University and received his Master's degree. She has not only gained teaching experience in China, but also worked at McGill University and Dawson College for many years teaching Chinese as a foreign language. She has hosted several large cultural performances in Montreal, Canada.
◆ Jun Guo - Chief Planner

Jun Guo, pseudonym Mengcun Lao Guo, is a Chinese-American writer and poet. He is the president of the North American Literary Institute. He has planned and organized many large-scale events in Montreal. His main activities include the six "Feng Hua Xue Yue FHXY" Chinese New Year Gala from 2017 to 2022, and the four Canadian International Double Fifth Festival series in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, where he was the chief planner and chairman of the organizing committee. In 2020, he was the chief planner of the first "Poetry in the Epidemic - Love is Eternal" global poetry reading concert online charity performance. In 2018, he won the Top 10 China Poets Award and the China Poet Laureate Award, and in 2019, he was hired as the deputy editor-in-chief by the editorial board of New Age Writers and Poets, and in the same year, he was hired as a consultant by the editorial board of the National Culture Heritage Committee. Ms. Jie Zhang, pseudonym Lavender, lives in Montreal, Canada. She is a member of the North American Literary Institute and the Canada-China Pen Society. She has published a series of works such as "Sending Love to the Landscape", "People on the Journey" and "Women's Flowers in the Eyes of Lavender" in many media in Montreal. ◆ Jane Chen - Famous piano professor

Jane Chen, a Certified Music Professor at the Royal Conservatory of Canada, studied at Guangdong Xinghai Music Institute and Beijing Central Conservatory of Music, majoring in piano, studied in Canada in 1997, received a diploma of piano art performance from Concordia University Music Department and a master of music education from Mcgill College of Music. She is the President of the Quebec Chinese Musicians Association since 2016. 2022 is the music director of the 4th Canadian International Double Fifth Festival.
◆ Elsa Sun - Famous choreographer in Montreal

Elsa Sun, a former Canadian examiner for the Chinese National Culture Ministry's Art Examination Center; received the qualification certificate for the Chinese Dancers Association's examinations and the qualification for the Chinese National Culture Ministry's Art Center's examinations; served as a dance instructor for Gong Li and others. She was the special choreographer of the first "China New Singer Finals" in Montreal, the dance teacher of Questo in Montreal, the contracted coach of Nike, and the general director of the performance of the large photo exhibition "Chinese Family Portrait of 56 Nationalities Walking Together". ◆ Victoria Zhu - Montreal Music Composer

Victoria Zhu, learned piano at the age of four, and was admitted to the primary school attached to the National Key Conservatory of Music at the age of six. She studied piano and composition majors successively. Won the Outstanding Teaching Award in the Composition Competition of the American International Music Festival, and the Chinese Pop Music Golden Melody Award at the 7th Asian Music Festival. She is the editor and host of the music program of the domestic official media radio station. Currently living in Montreal, teaching piano music theory.
◆ Zizhou Wang - Montreal Youth Guzheng Performing Artist

Zizhou Wang, graduated from the Wuhan Conservatory of Music majoring in guzheng performance and studied under the young guzheng performer Associate Professor Liu Wenjia. Director of Jiangxi Nationalities Orchestra Society. During her overseas life, she has been invited to various art exchanges and performances many times and has rich performance and teaching experience.
◆ Xing Qi - Director of The Dreamland Chinese Choir of Montreal

Xing Qi, Chinese-Canadian, is currently the head of The Dreamland Chinese Choir of Montreal. She has successively served as the stage director of the second, third, fourth, and fifth FHXY-themed Spring Festival Gala.
◆ Jinfang Wu - Consultant of North American Literature Academy reading group

Jinfang Wu, the former host of the Xi'an TV program, moved to Canada in 1999. She is the recitation advisor of the NALAA Recitation Group and has been the recitation director of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th FHXY Montreal Chinese Spring Festival Gala and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Canadian International Double Fifth Culture and Arts Festival. She is the recitation advisor of the 9th Canadian Chinese Poetry Spring Festival Gala 2023.
◆ Minying Yang - Founder of Yangtze Education Group

Minying Yang, founder and principal of Yangtze Education Group. Settled in Canada in 1997, has 20 years of experience in running schools in the field of education, and cooperates with many famous schools in Canada to help children dream of famous schools in North America.
◆ Guozhen Ye - NALAA Visual Art Director

Guozhen Ye, of Chinese Canadian descent, is currently the visual art director of NALAA, the director of the Canadian Chinese Culture and Arts Association and Montreal Chinese Photography Association. He has studied painting and calligraphy and photography since childhood. In the 1980s, he was a teacher of Chinese painting and calligraphy to American students in Guangdong. Over the years, in addition to promoting Chinese culture and art, he has continued to explore the use of different artistic approaches in China and abroad to create works. He was the visual art director of the 3rd and 4th Canadian International Double Fifth Festival and the 4th, 5th and 6th FHXY Festival.
◆ Wei Wang - Editor in Chief of NALAA

Wei Wang currently lives in Montreal. She is a member and editor-in-chief of the North American Literary Academy. She is a member of the Quebec Poetry Research Society of Canada and a member of the Yunxiang Poetry House. She has written a collection of poems and lyrics and also writes prose and poetry criticism. She is the writer and literary director of the "Epidemic in Poetry - Love is Eternal" Global Poetry Recitation Concert Online, the 5th and 6th FHXY Spring Festival, and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Canadian International Double Fifth Festival, jointly sponsored by NALAA, North American Cultural Media Group and Zhuhai Siyu Academy.
◆ Li Feng - Senior Gold Medal Host in Montreal

Li Feng, host, recitation and hosting training teacher and sound company dubbing director, and "North American Recitation Friends" artistic committee member. She is the former host of CJNT TV and Fujian Economic Radio in Canada and the artistic advisor of the Phoenix Chinese Star Art Troupe in Montreal. She has won the third prize in the China Broadcasting Award and the third prize in the Fujian Provincial Radio and Television Broadcasting Work and has been dubbed for many imported and domestic TV series.
◆ Yueshan Li - Senior host of the new generation in Montreal

Yuexuan Li graduated from McGill University with a degree in Education and is fluent in English, French and Chinese. She has participated in many large-scale events in the Chinese community, especially as the host of the six consecutive Montreal-themed FHXY Spring Festival Gala in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. She was the host of four consecutive Montreal International Double Fifth Festivals in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. In addition, she has participated in the Montreal Chinese New Year Festival and the China-Canada Youth Chamber of Commerce, among others. She is currently working in the Canadian government.
