The North American Cultural Industry Promotion Association is a non-profit organization. It is an association composed of Quebec Chinese natural persons, with several members participating and registered in the Quebec Government Enterprise Registry.

The purpose of the association is to promote cultural exchanges between China and Canada, to promote Chinese and Western children's understanding and learning of Chinese, English and French, and to promote the understanding and exchange of Chinese and Western cultures on human history. Thereby enhancing the friendship between China and Canada, between China and Quebec, and between China and other countries or regions in North America. Go hand in hand in harmony and promote the development and progress of related cultural industries in Canada.
